UPDATE ON BAND GRANT REQUEST

The Band Boosters have applied for a $5,000 grant with the Mockingbird Foundation.

The Mockingbird Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Phish fans in 1996, to generate charitable proceeds, in support of music education, for schools and children.

The grant, if awarded, would cover half the cost of a permanent scaffolding tower on the football field.

This structure would allow Mr. Toepfer to clearly see band formations from an aerial view, and would also aid the football team in their practices.  As of now, Mr. Toepfer must climb on top of the football shed to clearly observe the band!

The scaffolding tower would greatly enhance the band, and make us into the award-winning band we know we are!

Check back here for updates on our request.
